The Blades are the only display team that are fully sanctioned by the Civil Aviation Authority to offer ‘fare-paying passengers’ the thrill of close formation aerobatic flights.

Serene, sensational and surreal: when you fly with The Blades, you set the pace and determine the content of the sortie. Our one objective is to ensure that your experience is both enjoyable and unforgettable.

The price of a day with The Blades is £1200 per person, with a catering and hospitality charge of £60 for each non-flying guest (limited to one). We host a limited number of days each year when (a minimum of 16*) individuals can come together to enjoy a day with The Blades.

YOUR DAY WITH THE BLADES WILL CONSIST OF:

  • A full welcome / briefing
  • An introduction to the aircraft and the pilots
  • A flight of a lifetime on one of the Extra 300LP high performance stunt aircraft operated by The Blades Aerobatic Display Team
  • Use of a flight suit
  • Helicopter flight
  • The experience of driving the F1 simulator
  • Catering to include: breakfast, a gourmet 3-course lunch with fine wines and canapés prepared by our chef
  • A Private display by The Blades flown for you while you sip champagne and eat canapés on the private balcony
  • As a memento of your day, we endeavour to provide each guest with a video of their flight with The Blades.

Relevant medical history and current ailments must be declared on a medical questionnaire prior to flying and if passengers are concerned as to the implications of a condition, they should appraise the team before their visit so that we can advise accordingly.
